Topic 10/10/23: Today we show participants using the Mac how to best navigate meetings in zoom. We examine zoom’s accessibility settings, explore all aspects of hosting a meeting, participating, and using all zoom features.
Topic 10/17/23: Using the calendar on the Mac. The calendar on the Mac can be a little confusing at first. Wayne walks through how to make the best use of the calendar on the Mac.
Topic 10/31/23: Using outlook on the Mac. Although the native mail app on the Mac is wonderful, some people like to use outlook or need to use it for work. Up until recently, the outlook app for Mac has not been particularly accessible but it has improved.
Join us to learn about outlook on the Mac.
Group Description: This group is for people who are using Mac computers. The room opens at 1:30 Eastern to give anyone who needs it, some extra help before the meeting starts.

Description: We store a lot of information on our iPhones. Apple does a lot to help keep that information secure. In this part of the Unseen Touchscreen course, we examine these security measures and the things we can do to safeguard our information while still making the most of our iPhones. The relevant section of the book is called Digitally Defending Yourself.

The CCB National Men’s Group will be holding their monthly zoom meeting on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023 at 7pm Eastern/4pm Pacific.
The CCB National Men’s Group is a monthly meeting on zoom that is held every 4th Tuesday of the month. We discuss topics that affect men who are blind and visually impaired. Each month features a different topic and all are encouraged to speak openly about their experiences, give encouragement to other men and to make new connections.
We will mail out the zoom link (different from the one used for CCB GTT calls) to those on our mailing lists. If you wish to join us and are not already on the Men’s mailing list, please email Shane at scashin@ccbnational.net . We also welcome your suggestions for future topics.
